Personal Reflection
This semester I have demonstrated an advanced level of leadership in the classroom. I feel that I have experienced a lot of beneficial and pertinent life knowledge that leads to wisdom in the classroom. I try to lead by modeling and work to instill knowledge and wisdom in my classroom. I feel that I have worked to be a leader in the classroom and have shown though the semester. I believe that mistakes and failures are great moments in the classroom if, safe and students learn from them. I try to model this as well. Even if I don’t know the answer I will still try and if I fail, I will learn from the failure. Students need to embrace these moments and not be afraid of mistakes. As an educator I pledge to model strong and positive behavior. I pledge to make mistakes and learn from them and to continue my education as a life-long learner. I pledge to demonstrate excellence and leadership in the classroom.
